Registration Fees and Meal Selections
must be received by May 15, 2008

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1) Even if you pay for your registration, meals, and excursions on this page via PayPal, we must still receive the hard copy paper registration form at the NAPH office, either via email (as an attachment) or postal mail.  Click here (.pdf here) to download the form and mail it to the address noted in the form.

2) If you have never used PayPal before, it is safe and very easy - just follow the directions below.  All you need is an email address and a credit card.  The system will guide you through the process (it only takes a minute or two).

3) The figures below are in U.S. dollars, and PayPal will calculate your expenses and charge your credit card in U.S. dollars.

DIRECTIONS FOR PAYING BY CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL:

To pay by credit card, just click on the PAYPAL "add to cart" icon next to the appropriate registration fee and all desired meals and excursions.  

You will need to make each selection separately. For example, after you click on a PayPal icon, the system will record that purchase and then ask you if 
you want to purchase other items.  PayPal will tell you where to click to
continue the process.  Just keep making selections and repeating the process.
You may click on the "view cart" button at the bottom of this page at any time to review what you are purchasing. 

After you have finished with your selections, click on the "view cart" button and follow the on-screen directions for checking out.

Receipts for Payment

You will receive a receipt for your online payment at the email address 
you give to PAYPAL during the payment process.
