Syriac CALL Resources

Syriac began as a dialect of Aramaic in the Near East. It eventually became the most important language in the eastern Roman Empire, after Greek. Although it remains in use mainly for liturgical purposes, it is still spoken/used in Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Russia, Syria and Turkey.
